Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. However, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance, and we will do our best to help where possible.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery with photos of the damage so we can review the situation.
